Alicia,

Your two cases reminded me of a mom I saw once for cracked/bleeding
nipples.  It was puzzling to me until our session was coming to a close
and she expressed some milk to rub over her sore nipples. Well the way
in which she squeezed her nipples revealed to me why she was having
problems.  Has this been checked out with the cases you described?  Just
a thought.
