Laura Hart, I hope you will share where to get this video, and maybe some
other folks can comment on it, if they are familiar with it. Recently, my
peer counselors and I have had too many "giver uppers" . They barely last
a week, and decide formula is so much easier. The bottom line is their
expectations are all askew, and their priorities are quite misplaced---that
is to say the baby is not near the top of the list. Maybe this video
would help?? Michelle Scott, RD,IBCLC in NH

Nikki and all,
Have you seen or used the video with Rob Reiner produced in cooperation
with J
& J? I believe it is called "I am Your Child." I really like it! It gives
parents information about communicating & interacting with baby and
features
several "experts" giving facts to validate the information in video. Talks
&
illustrates hands on care & states you CANNOT spoil baby. It is very
inexpensive (maybe $10-20). I have shown it during my last 3 class series &
have gotten very positive feedback from couples. It is 30 min. video in 6
segments, so it can be shown all at once or in 2 or more sections.
