To reiterate, though, for my intents and purposes, not attempting to
practice homeopathy but to give a nod of support that it "first, does
no harm", I think Nursing Mothers Herbal is a great reference.

Cheers!

The plant belladonna (deadly nightshade), for example is a poison and should never be ingested as an herb, but the homeopathic remedy keeps moms off abx for mastitis every time--and not bc they think it will--but because homeopathy works. Without destroying the gut and risking a lifetime of chronic disease. Homeopathic remedies that anyone might purchase are safe, although I am not a fan of mixed remedies like Calmes Forte, bc it's the least effective way to use homeopathy. The rare remedy that is not safe to use w/o homeopathic supervision will not be available to consumers.

Last year, when our cat was sick, I took her to a vet and he wanted to treat her for a possible bowel obstruction. I told him our vet in the US is a homeopath and w/o flinching he wrote a script for a homeopathic remedy that we filled at the pharmacy. She was well within 24 hours.
