In reply to Pat Drazin"s comments (welcome to LACTNET, Pat) about herbals.

The primary reason I have been hesitant to recommend use of herbals is my
own ignorance. Are there good written sources that could be checked for
such things as dosage levels and the like?

Anyone more knowledgeable than I (probably most of you!) re: herbals is
encouraged to reply.
