I have been quite busy in my private practice and actually had yet another MD
refer to me. The MD called me Fri for info on yeast to give his patient.
today she is still having problems so he refered her to me. Sounds like still
thrush though she was using lanolin and doing some other behaviors to not
help eradicate it. I kept saying you could come and i will give you info,
show you some things. She kept saying, well if you can't prescribe my
medicine why should I see you/ I said well because the physician isn't
comfortable prescribing over the phone and wants my assessment. So after 15
minutes of phone time she says I will just call him and tell him he has to
give me more medicine. Should I have done something different. i know that my
advice is worth something and assessment. how can we market this value? Maria
