I know the two breastfeeding coordinators (one is an IBCLC) from WIC who came
up with the idea to do the project at the art museum.  It's such a neat idea.
 These women have really been working to steadily increase the numbers of low
income mothers who start and then continue to breastfeed.  They have been
holding weekly breastfeeding support group meetings for a few years now.
They even had the local LLL leaders (including me) leading the monthly
meetings for a year or so.  The moms within their support group are really
providing support to one another. It's so nice to see.  Sue
