I discovered this when I was pumping in the early days for my daughter. I
would bend my arm like a chicken and push my fist into that area of the
breast on the same side - it is like a "magic spot" if you are watching that
pump! When the flow slows down, pushing the UOQ always got the "jets" going.
This was important since I had supply issues in the beginning and needed
every drop.
