Hi Julie from Cyprus...
I am thinking could be a vasospasm of the nipple???does she is smiking?
Try warm compresse wt a soft cloth/cotton wool or use a hair drier wt warm air...and you see.
I had the same wt a mum(the coulor of the nipple and that type of pain..)Finaly she stop smoking and b/f ok now...
It was very cold the time i sow her..
May be is diferent problem..
