That's the bottom line.

It cannot be done.

It's actually (IMO) not ethical.

One to one teaching/demo-ing at the time of need (preferably with the 
mother's own baby)  is the only way to go....in addition, if we are 
really serious about making things safer and more effective for 
mothers and babies who use bottles, then we cannot teach in a group 
because it is neither safe nor effective.

I understand that some healthcare systems might find it hard to 
arrange a one-to-one and/or that some mothers would not avail 
themselves of the opportunity, and that some HCPs don't know how to 
teach safe, effective bottle feeding. There are ways of overcoming 
these challenges.
