I agree.  I certainly didn't mean to imply that all Ezzo parents should be
reported.  If they're feeding the baby adequately with any milk, then
certainly there would be no reason to report them.  But I thought the
original post indicated that the parents had been advised to feed more but
had chosen not to do it, and that, as a result, the baby was severely below
its appropriate weight for age.  My point was that there is legal recourse if
an infant is not being fed after the parents have been counseled about proper
intake.
