I was at a session in Chicago where Depo was being discussed. A lot of
Leaders have been having mothers whose milk supply drops especially when it
is given immediately after birth. Mirriam Labbock(sp?) was in the audience (I
didn't make it to her session on Lactational Ammenorial Method). She said
that all the research that has been done on depo has been later in lactation.
She expressed that certainly the fully breastfeeding mother doesn't need
birth control in the first days post-partum.
