Cathy:  I think that the aspiration needs further investigation: in
using fingerfeeding for almost 10 years, I have not seen a problem. The
nurses do this in our unit and teach parents how to do it. Some moms go
home fingerfeeding. Keep your wits and try to present support ot the
nurse . How did she fingerfeed?  Why have bottles been allowed so long
because they have caused aspiration? Fingerfeeding is published in
