I have been contacted by a mom whose last child was diagnosed with galactosemia at 6 days and had already sustained liver damage. She is pregnant again and has been advised by the geneticist to supplement with soy formula until the screen comes back. I can't find anything in the literature. Does anyone have any experience with a situation like this?
TIA.
