You know I think this is part of it.  I seem to have gained a reputation of
being able to work with these babies and help them breastfeed.  I also know
that I looked at my own personal musulo-skelatal issues (which are
extensive) and wondered if that type of thing would interfere with babies
abilities and learned so much on Lactnet about it that I delved in even
deeper to educate myself as much as possible on what to look for, how
certain muscles being too tight would interfere with the BF.  I am still
learning and now am able to evaluate the babies even more thoroughly during
consults.  I will say I am thrilled when I work with a little one who
doesn't have these issues...  :)
