Whenever I see something about lactoengineering, I have to stop myself from laughing out loud.  If the idea of skimming the fat off the top of mother's milk and feeding baby the cream isn't in the old blue Womanly Art of Breastfeeding, I'm pretty sure the concept has been passed around LLL circles for at least that long!  When the "research" came out, I simply felt validated for what I'd been saying for year. ;-)
