Pat,
I have had mixed results with the mini-pill.  I guess the ones I hear
about are the moms whose supply dramatically decreases, usually about the
second week of being on the pill.  Then mom has to make the decision of
whether to continue on the pill and try galactagogues (for some moms this
works, for others, not) or go off the pill and use another method of
birth control (sometimes even after stopping, mom's supply doesn't bounce
back).
