Yael, you have probably read my posts praising CS work with the babies I
work with.  I refer to an OT and a PT who are trained in CS.  We also have a
couple of Doctors of Osteopathy who have treated a few of my clients.

I think it would be great for you to do this study and be available for
referral as well as helping your own clients.  We are campaigning to get a
CS session at ILCA sometime soon.  It is too important a treatment to be
ignored.

Some conditions that I have found it most helpful for are:

tonic bite
baby not opening mouth wide
sore nipples that aren't resolved with positioning
nipples on one side hurting while other side is fine
"chomping" at breast
colic and other GI distress
baby looking to one side much more than the other (usually accompanying
other problems)
very slow (or no)weight gain
unco-ordinated suck
