I haven't seen this mentioned on Lactnet yet:

Nutrinia developing infant formula similar to mother`s milk
InsuMeal is a technology developed by Nutrinia that introduces insulin into
infant formulas.

20/10/2003 Nutrinia is developing infant formula containing insulin with the
same bioavailability and potency as the insulin contained only in mother`s
milk. The Israeli company has been founded by a prominent Israeli-Arab
physician, Shehadeh.

Shehadeh is a prominent pediatric diabetes researcher whose decade long
clinical research work give the idea for the company`s proprietary
technology.
