I too have read that certain flavors are passed thru BM. Anecdotally,
during the first few days of my daughter's life I ate roast chicken
several times. several hours after ingestion, the smell of roast chicken
in my BM was OVERWHELMING!!! Don't know if it tasted like it, but it
sure smelled like it.
