The effectiveness of the "minipill" when used for lactating women should
be inhanced due to the probability they are not regularly ovulating.
Another great choice is the IUD. The newest info on how it works to
prevent pregnancy makes it a more attractive choice than it was before
this info came out.(Now felt that it does not prevent implantation, but
rather does actually prevent conception. See R. Hatcher's book
"Contraceptive Technology Today").

Unfortunatly, nothing is 100% except abstainence(and that is not usually
an option!).
