"Lynn, don't tell me you were fed milk & corn syrup in 1973!!"
My brother who was adopted from a hospital nursery where he had been for six
weeks was fed carnation milk, cane sugar and pentavite in 1974.  It was
thought that these babies should be fed the cheapest available milk in
anticipation of their adoption, given that many adoptive families could not
afford the new fangled commercial 'formulas'
