I have found the comment!

I am not speechless :)

I think the commentary is reasonable - overall, it is complimentary
if not effusive: "Still, this thorough work contributes to the
growing body of evidence supporting the benefits of breastfeeding on
child health in developed countries".

It is reasonable to point out the drawbacks of a huge sample, and as
I said before, the authors can respond to that, I hope.

The comment goes on: "It also would be preferable to obtain data
about feeding practices beyond the 6- to 8-week age mark", and they
may have a point. This data may not be available, of course, or not
of sufficient quality.

My personal view is that the 6-8 week age mark is a very *useful* one
for these purposes.
