It's from Medela, a well-known pump producer in the States, not Madonna.
This is one reason why I hate these attempts to avoid naming brands by
leaving out letters.  Many readers know what is meant, so leaving out letters
does no good, and the rest don't know, so leaving out the letters does harm.
