Our hospital has recently started using the pump from the major pump company that has a preemie cycle. Do you advocate use of it (again) 3 weeks down the road if the Mom's milk supply has started to decrease? Has anyone seen this to benefit her milk supply? Most of the research is about the initial supply of milk and not sustaining milk supply. Respond privately if this thread is not appropriate.
