right to request free copies of papers that the CBI has collected, so give
them a call yourself!  Or go through your Area Professional Liaison.>

I beg to differ. Please use the resources of your APL; most of them have
copies of information from the CBI, i.e. policy statements, etc. THe CBI has
to charge for search time and copying to anyone who calls looking for
information that is not a member of the Professional Liaison staff.  Each
division of LLL (east and west) has a PL advisory staff that can help as
well. Maybe a web search of medline, and calling your local library to access
a copy of an article for you will get the needed information at a low cost.
Even if your local library doesn't have a journal, they can use "interlibrary
loan" to get a copy. Our library frequently gets articles for me from
libraries at medical schools all over IL.
