I didn't get any such impression.  I read Jean's "they" as anyone
who can't comprehend that there is a significant difference between
breastfeeding and not breastfeeding regardless of who they are.  I
think we've all run into the "theys" when we try to make a point.

Yes, we need to watch our words, but on the other side of the coin,
we also have to avoid being overly sensitive to comments and not
assume the speaker is criticizing us personally.
