The book I am thinking about is the New Mother's Guide to Breastfeeding by Joan Younger Meek, MD, IBCLC (and other credentials - my apologies for being unable to read fuzzy image)
If I recall correctly, she was not aware of the sale of many copies of her book to Abbott until after it was accomplished.
Nor did she have a say in the matter.
