After 9 months it is going to take persistence and patience to convert the
baby.  She's already been driving an automatic with power everything, and
now she has to learn how to change gears manually.
Bathing rebirthing therapy and/or supplemental nursing system would be my
recommendations.

Wait! I have it!  If the baby really knows sign language, maybe an
instructor who teaches BF using sign language could have an intensive
session with her?
