Reading Jonathan's post reminded me of a recent conversation with a 16 year old
new mom on the maternity floor:
        "Hi, I'm the LC, and am here to help moms who want to bf - are you
interested in bf your baby?"
        "Oh, I would have liked to, but my breasts aren't right..."
        "What makes you think your breasts aren't right?"
        "They don't look like the Playtex nipple - they're kind of soft and
flat."

AAAAGH!!!!  (No I did not yell in the room!)

Luckily baby had not seen the playtex nipple and thought mom's breasts were
*just fine*.

Jeanette Panchula (who doesn't look like a Playtex nipple either - and breastfed
