I am interested in some information on plugged ducts. I have a mother
that has had frequent plugged ducts that are painful. I looked up in
several references and came across the use of lecithin. It was in the R.
Lawrence book. It stated to cut back on polyunsaturate fats and to add
this to the diet. The mom asked me if thsi was a calcium deposite?

My question to you all, could it be and is the lecithin something that I
should suggest to her.

Thankyou for the help.
