Can I respectfully request that senders read the instructions prior to
hitting send reply? I am tired of long copied messages and entire copies
of digests being returned with replies. Please be considerate of people
who pay by the line per message. Also, please use a subject. When the
subject reads "lactnet digest blah, blah" who knows what the message
refers to?
