We have a mom who has E. Coli sepsis, Her milk is being thrown out at this point. ( baby is 28 weeks adjusted age, not eating, very sick on high freq. ventilation) Mom has been on antibiotics for more than 6 days. My question is did her milk need to be thrown out in the first place and if so do we still need to be throwing it out and for how long.
