This is one of the most frustrating problems.  Often, I can find a
subtly imperfect suck in the baby, leading to poor drainage of the
breast. But sometimes it seems like the mom and baby are doing
everything right, and the mom just keeps plugging.  Tom Hale is
gathering volunteers on his registry in case someone wants to study the
problem.  Sounds like you are in a good position to try the diflucan and
write it up as a case report, Kathy.  Please let us all know if it helps.
