Shouldn't UNICEF be informed about this, so they can take the Aid agency 
to task for undermining breastfeeding?  As well as Baby Milk Action?

Could your friend forward them the email?  BMA would then inform UNICEF...?

Just A Thought.  In fact, we've had aid agencies such as FEMA, do 
similar, and it's been discussed in here.  Does anyone know whom in 
UNICEF should be contacted with such details, in order for UNICEF to 
then add their voice?
