To Peg - please don't "go away mad". I know how sometimes a comment
made on LN leads to a major discussion - often not on the original
intent of the post, but on a casual comment or an example given to
prove a point that is never addressed in subsequent posts! It is
hard not to take these personally. Please bear in mind that such
subsequent comments, although they may seem personal, are for the
most part responses to an idea, not the person. I hope that you
will continue to offer your .02 (as we often call it on LN).

To my fellow LNers - Lets keep in mind that while some people may
have learned to toss a thought into the arena and let go of it, for
many others, a lot is invested in comments made and an attack on an
idea can be perceived as an attack on the bearer of the idea. We
(and I certainly include myself in that "we") need to reread our
posts before sending and ask ourselves "Is this really what I want
to say? How would I react if this posting referred to me or
something I said?" We need to nourish those who offer input, not
squelch (sp?) them. Who knows what earthshaking, breakthrough
thought that person might have in the future that we would miss out
on if we scare them away.
