Joanne Scott was honored at the LLLI convention and ILCA convention for all 
of her long, hard work to establish IBLCE and our profession, lactation 
consultants.  We owe her so many thanks for being forward looking, caring, 
competant, and organized and for running IBLCE office so well for so many
