Hello to all
I have a mom with a 7.5 weeks baby. She is feeling a deep breast pain, (needles) and burn sensation in the nipples. No outside damage in the nipples, no thrush on the babys mouth, but  the baby have diaper rash that looks like yeast. She is using Nyastain orally and cream for the baby and clotrimazole for her breasts since a week ago by OB and pediatrician instructions, but she is feeling the same and the rash of the baby is not getting worst but not better. 
I know recent evidence suggest that Candida may not be present in ductal  system and this kind of pain may be associated with  Staphylococcal aureus infections. She have the pain 24/7 , before, during and after the feeding

The baby have a very strong suck and we need to keep correcting his latch, because he is not opening his mouth wide enough and turn in his lips at the breast. He leaks the breast and then latch
