Dear Mirine,
       Several others have mentioned overactive MER as a possibility, and
indeed it quite likely is that.  But I have also seen a baby who vomited after
every feeding when mom was washing her nipples with vinegar after feeding to try
to get rid of thrush.  She was not rinsing it completely, and the vinegar
made the baby throw up.  So you might also want to ask if mom is putting anything
on her breasts like vinegar, soap, lotion, perfume, etc. that might be too
overwhelming when baby gets his mouth right on it, but would have less effect as
the little amount mixed with milk that would get there with pumping.
