Personally I walked out into mom's kitchen and made a bottle for a twin 3 days old, who hadn't nursed in over 24 hours and mom was so overwhelmed that she didn't know rule #1 - feed the baby.
 
Had been discharged at 24 hours to home with twins,  with toddler and dad. who had to work or lose job.
 
I was furious that hospital hadn't realized that you don't send a mom home 24 hours after delivery of twins!!!
