Always a good idea but The Source does not answer the questions! 

Was this exclusive BF as claimed for six weeks? Was the volume increased from the 8 oz/ day reported? Did the other parent contribute?

If I'd been one of the peers reviewing the case report before publication, I'd have been unhappy that these questions were not answered, and I wonder if a BF specialist was one of the reviewers (surely not? Or these holes in the narrative would have been highlighted). 

I'd hate anyone reading the report to think that a yield of eight oz a day was sufficient to feed a baby for six weeks. Obviously it could not have been, so what happened?
