I have a mom with 2 month old bf baby still bleeding post partum.  Her
doctor has prescribed Megace or Megestrol for her to take prior to a D&C
in a the next week.  I need to get back to her right away. Does anyone
know if its okay for her to continue to bf or if she does need to pump and
dump for how long would she need to do that?  I couldn't find anything in
the archives or in any of my books.  There is nothing in Tom Hale's 1998
or 2002 guides.  Thanks for you help.
