At our institution, we are having difficulty with staff and/or mothers consistently supplementing our breastfeeding infants with formula.

We have educated staff, posted signs, developed a video for moms to view, and are still struggling with this practice.

Of course, we all know the risks of this and our lactation group is wondering if anyone has any experience with reducing this practice.
