The CD of videos that came with the previous edition of the ever-valuable "Breastfeeding Atlas," by Wilson-Clay and Hoover, included one approach to side-lying nursing. Even though this skill gets easier as the baby gets older and gains head control, it's useful to have in repertoire from early on.
(The latest Atlas edition doesn't have the CD -- there were technical difficulties with the disks developing during storage and shipping -- I don't know if they are now available separately.
