I was in no way critical of how you handled this situation.  Sorry if it came accross wrong.  I merely wanted to know if we are mandatory reporters as LC's.  Unfortunately I have been in the situation twice in my current position to feel that a baby was in danger.  Both cases were handled supportively (for the mom and baby) and the family needed support-not separation from each other.  Again-I really meant no criticism. tracy
