A mother called who is due in November, second baby.  With first baby 4
years ago she never had *any* milk secretion. She also had no breast change
during her pregnancy.  I asked her to describe the shape of her breasts and
she said, "cone shaped."

She has also had no breast change--size or shape-- in her breasts this
time.  She wants to know if there is anything she can do these last 2
months that might increase her chances of making milk this time.

I don't know of anything.  Do any of you?

I encouraged her to put this baby to breast after the birth as if she would
have milk, and if she doesn't we can work with it.

I talked to her about using a supplementer at the breast to feed her baby
and taking More Milk and Fenugreek to see if there could be some production
stimulated by suckling.

Any other ideas?
