It is not good to make generalities without actually seeing a baby but I usually start out with the standard of double birth weight by 6 months, triple it by 1 year. Going by that this baby is not that far off.  What is this baby doing as far as linear growth? I have seen babies who grew longer with average weight gains drop in percentile.   What is head circumferance? How does the baby act?  What kind of baby food is mom giving? Fruit only or vegetables?  I would hate to see Mayonaise given. Doesn't it contain eggs? (I guess I'll have to look at the jar in my frig.).  Too sleepy to think about it more now.  Happy though, found out today that I passed my 10 year recert exam.  Glad that is over!!.
