Hello there,
I am a new IBCLC, passed the exam this year and have been practicing as a CLC for about 4 years now. I live in Istanbul Turkey as the only IBCLC here and amazingly have this opportunity at a hospital to be their Lactation consultant as they start up their birth center and become a 'Baby Friendly Hospital' and then continue working at the hosptial as the Lactation Consultant. I need to write a job description with detailed notes on duties that the LC needs to cover. I'm going to be helping them open a new position for an IBCLC which has never been done before in this country. So, I'm a bit nervous. Also, I need to write the job description by Saturday or next week the latest.
Since I don't have much time before starting to search online I wanted to ask around here. Any ideas on where I can find information on how to write an IBCLC job description, and where to find the duties. Best if its an online resource. And then I just need to modify it according to the needs of this hospital and translate it to Turkish.

Thank you for all the help.
Eda
