I do not think the discussion about initials has been terribly productive,
but rather devisive.
If you've got 'em use 'em, if you don't, know your own needs, desires and
go for it or not.

Everyone else's circumstances are different from yours and you know you
need to get the job done at this time in your life.  My life has been a
progression and I am far, far from where I ever thought I'd be when I
struggled to BF my first baby 40 years ago.  So go with the flow, evolve,
help moms and babies.  That's the bottom line!  and I hope the end of the
