I have discussed this with my AAPL and she has never heard of a correlation
b/w fenugreek and headaches.  I have a mother of twins who started fenugreek
Thursday, May 4, and developed severe headaches.  She quit taking it and the
headaches have ceased.

We are thinking the fenugreek may have added to the load of pollens and
molds in the air (Austin is allergy capital of the world):-(.  In searching
bf literature and the archives under fenugreek, I've found nothing wrt
headaches.

If anyone has encountered this reaction in a mother using fenugreek, I'd
appreciate hearing about your experience.
