This is particularly scary in light of the fact that ALL babies have
hyperbilirubinemia (bilirubin greater than 1.5 mg/dL).  And if you read Gartner's
work, bilirubin in breastfed babies is normal.  Just as too much Vitamin D is
toxic, so too much bilirubin is toxic.  But if it is normal in breastfeeding
babies, there must be a reason why it is there -- for it's antioxident factor
perhaps?

So a drug that purports to eliminate ALL bilirubin?  What disease will then
pop up from that?

Because of a few that aren't picked up we have to vaccinate the lot?  Sounds
like Vitamin D redux....
